No, I mean people in general. Raw intelligence is one attribute that makes
up a person, and it's hardly the most important one in a leader. Wisdom and
good judgment are far more important attributes in leadership. The ability
to communicate effectively and inspire others matters far more than the
ability, for instance, to do 3rd level calculus.

Did you see the just released study that calculated that people's raw mental
capacities begin to diminish by age 27, but that other measure of
intelligence such as vocabulary are maintained until an average of age 60?
That tells you something about how important raw intelligence is in
leadership.
