As the title of the article says, it's about the Taliban. The article has
nothing to do with Islamic teachings or its use to radicalize anyone. It has
to do with the idealizing of an extremist regime by immigrants where the
immigrants are emulating these extremists. Emulating in a way that is a
public hazard and in ways is criminal but is not examined or acted on. It's
not just the young that look at the Taliban from afar and idealize them.
Because the article does not have anything to do with Islamic teachings, the
recruitment of these 'youths' inside, outside or around the town of a mosque
has no real interest other than being a physical location. Also, the
extremism mentioned is the idealization of the Taliban, not anything else
and not anything specifically about any Islamic teachings.
I guess that anyone hearing Taliban automatically thinks that anti-Taliban
is anti-Islam or the like.
