Except that is not the case. If anything for many places, where there is a union vote many workers are open to intimidation and threats from the company because of the balloting rules. Its very easy to set up a delay when the vote takes place so that you have more time to disrupt the organizing. Most of the balloting rules are slanted towards the company.
