So present a reason why this bill wrong that doesn't lie or pretend to
be protecting workers. They want more freedom to organize, is there a
good reason to deny them freedom?

As an FYI I was a manager of people from 3 different unions including
the IAM (simultaneously) for 10 years. I watched them destroy
productivity, destroy lives, and sabotage company equipment.

6 months ago I would've totally agreed with you. Now I'm on the fence.

While everything I said is still true, consider that executive pay has
skyrocketed while shareholder value and average worker pay - including
yours - has fallen.

Consider that Henry Ford, when questioned as to why he paid his
workers so much when he could pay them way less responded, "because
then they couldn't afford to buy a car".

And what's happening right now? 70% of economy is on the rocks
because people used credit to raise their standard of living at the
same rate it had been. If they hadn't done that, their standard of
living would've dropped.

In short, something policy-wise is eroding the very heart of our
economy and we just had a heart attack.

I'm not sure if unions help fix it - and they certainly have their
problems - but what's been going on with wage disparity for the last
10 years is simply not sustainable.
