I guess I should have added that little caveat, that as a side benefit 
the dog population is being thinned. And we would never shoot Iraqi 
babies out of frustration and boredom. Just as any normal soldier would 
not shoot any innocent human being out of frustration or boredom. Notice 
I said any *normal* soldier. There are the few rotten apples in the 
bunch but they are far and few between.
And just so you all know, I would have never put that post on line if I 
did not expect any type of negative criticism. I am a big boy and I can 
handle it. I wanted to put this post to contrast the difference in our 
attitudes from the relatively safe environment in Kirkuk to the very 
violent environment here.
