Yes, you need a wireless card for each pc on the network. PCI is simply the acronym for the "normal" card slot inside desktop pc's. There's also an AGP slot which is only for video cards. What used to be called PCMCIA and is now called PC Card is the credit-card sized slot on laptop computers. The "CardBus" flavor of this is 32 bits therefore faster.
