What is your argument Robert? Are you making a sentencing argument? Are you saying torture should be legal? Quasi-legal? Illegal with little punishment? What is your position? Mine is simple: * Going forward torture shall be punishable by death. * As to the past 8 years, anyone who engaged in torture - or ordered/approved it's use, should be punished to the full extent of the law as it was written at the time of the offenses. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:296062 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
