oh, and that means both nationally and internationally.

The US should try Rummy and then he should be brought in front of a
international court for war crimes, as should John Yoo and all the
rest of the policy makers.

And if you are going to ask me about Obama I'll preempt with 2 points:

(1.) The Justice dept makes the decision, but Obama should be judged
on what happens and how he fought for what happened.

(2.) This one is cynical, but I think Obama is playing good cop right now.
