By 'strengthening the bargaining position' I assme you mean the same strong-arm techniques being used by private insurance that basically blackmails doctors into accepting a certain reimbursement rate in order to be an 'approved care provider'? I think its cute you think the US Governemnt is capable of 'streamlinign administration' of something. Is this a joke? People bitch and moan about bonuses paid to corporate big-wigs, but that is nothing compared to the wasteful government spending that goes on every year becasue of the lack (or apparent banning) of common sense. Its been going on for years and honestly do not see it ending any time soon. -- Scott Stroz --------------- The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not. - Thomas Jefferson http://xkcd.com/386/ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:296696 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
