Hmmm maybe that explains the color.. before I started the real low
carb diet my urine was clear all the time (all I ever drink aside an
occasional diet soda every other day or so). Anyways I've noticed the
regular color coming back.. Sign of ketones?
Maybe have to check the Walgreens to see if they have that test. And
yeah I've noticed some nice weight loss, which I definitely needed as
well.
