Well then you don't have an issue cause that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying the primary driver of medical costs is the doctor's pen. And that device also happens to be what's used to determine their pay. Doctor's write bills, insurance pays them. Changing who pays the bill, doesn't decrease the bill. Don't believe me? Go into a clinic/hospital and tell them you're paying your bill privately. According to the theory Judah's pushing, that should give you a rock bottom price because now the clinic/hospital is totally skipping the insurance overhead.
