I care, it's just that you ALWAYS talk primary care.  PCPs.

Who gives a feck.  Medicare doesn't, since they don't even cover routine exams.

Next time you break a leg tell your clinic and hospital to bill you
directly.  See how much lower the price is.

(hint: it won't be lower)
