yeah, I explained it wrong though.  I'm putting some intake vents on  
the ceiling of my porch.  My actual soffit vents don't let enough air  
through since the wall almost touches the bottom of the roof.

I have 20x20 covered porch that's centrally located under the roof.   
I'm hoping that putting a couple 2x2 vents will do the trick.
