I know we've talked about this on the list before, so apologies if I
am regurgitating old information...  I've done the Body For Life plan
before and had very good success with it (http://bodyforlife.com/).
Check out the website and if you are really interested, buy the book
(http://www.amazon.com/dp/0060193395).

The book includes a number of workout routines that can be done at
home with simple dumbbells.
