Well, Let me just throw in my 2 cents. I would not hire people that act like that. Makes for a bad work environment.

I sent a message to the list last week asking people not to post the stuff...you should have seen some of the flames I got :) Yet the chatter continues... Am I being a bit too anal about this? I don't mind a little flamewar now and then, but cf-jobs just seems to be the last place for one.
