well they have a backup so you are screwed anyway :) you're going to need to
check out what a lawyer says.
And going into another system could get you into sticky legal ground so talk
with a lawyer first dont want them being scum bags and saying you were
hacking that would suck. Just cover your bases and see how a legal advisor
wants you to procede but check out www.prepaidlegal.com they are pretty
great. I used to use them they are like having an HMO legal service and its
nice.
