Truffles!! Or shitakes. Course you gotta like mushrooms. You just put the mushrooms and eggs in as small a *glass* space as possible and seal it. Wait a day or 2 and voila! 'shroom eggs! On another note my new "mayo" is this: * Take red & orange bell peppers (like 6) and cut them into 3 pieces lengthwise and discard seeds (I do) * Toss in 1 to infinity red jalapenos (I use about 10) whole * put in 1 (for me? one) habanero * Like 20 heads of garlic with the outside husks removed In a big flat glass baking dish mix all that with olive oil and roast in a convection oven (or normal if you dont' have that) Then you peel off the pepper skins and the dehusk the garlic and put it into a bowl. Blend it down with an immersion blender until smooth. Sometimes I add some of the roasting olive oil and/or walnuts.
