Btw, did you see how Wyden got shafted at the Finance Committee? Baucus holds his amendment (which would allow for consumer choice and plan portability for employer-sponsored plans) until 2 a.m. after everyone else's amendments, amendments to amendments and brand new amendments that don't even have CBO scoring. Then when the amendment is finally offered, Wyden is told that the CBO "forgot" to score his entire amendment. Outside groups scored it as saving 198 Billion over 10 years (which I think is rather optimistic) while the CBO doesn't bother to score a major portion of the amendment in spite of having it for weeks. So Wyden's amendment goes down in flames in the middle of the night. Ouch.
