Funny this came up.  I am working on a web based test application that is
superior to many current test applications.  I can't go in to too much
detail, but I can say the way this test will score will provide a far more
accurate indication of the test taker's knowledge and/or abilities than any
standard multiple choice tests .. even weighted ones.

I'm about 30% done.  Good stuff!
