This is just a general question :-) Would you bill to setup a free google site? The client intends sometime in the future to create their own full blown site.
But there was a need to put up about 3 pages somewhere for public viewing for a short time. And they were using Google Apps...and Google Sites was 'there'. There was also content entry involved. But...you know...it's free google sites. Technically they should be able to set it up themselves. Would you bill for that? Would you adjust your rates downward?
