Venezuela, which has strong ties to Iran and is fiercely anti-USA, is threatening war with neighboring Colombia over a deal between Colombia and its ally, the USA. Columbia has stated that they will lodge a complaint with the UN security council in response. There has been no initial or counter threat of war from Colombia nor its allies.
