Vista junctions are names that mimic the pre-Vista directory
structure.  They are a righteous pain in the ass.

I can set up an FTP user for you on one of my sites,  or if you have
site, you could FTP it there and I can grab it.
An hour of hi-def video in WMV format is about 1 GB. 6 GB sounds very
large for a MPEG but if it is hi-res 55 minutes of video I suppose it
could be that large.  In which case it would a while to upload but is
still doable.

As for putting it on your site, if you just link to the file, it will
play for most people in their default media player.  Embedding using
the uTube embed code is just a bit cleaner cause it puts a flash
wrapper around it.  If you're conversant with flash you can do that
