The ones in Britain that I encountered at the airport were very nice
and helpful.  Rounded up a wheelchair for me because my legs had
swollen so badly on the flight that I couldn't walk, and pushed me in
the chair from the customs gate to the bus stop, and even stopped at
the exchange so I could swap dollars for pounds.
