It isn't a facilitation of a crime dude. You know that most of the
mobsters out there got caught on tax evasion charges, right? And you
know that gambling winnings, even in places where said gambling is
illegal, has to be reported on your taxes?

If you help people prepare taxes and they come to you and you tell
them to not pay taxes that they legally owe, that is illegal.
