It's been what, seven or eight years now? Not that this matters, since any
lawbreaking on your part is purely hypothetical, But on the whole if someone
asks and you say IANAL or IANAA, but here is what I would do, I really don't
see that as influencing their behaviour really. Not unless they want it to.
But your mileage may vary, and often does, at least from mine.
