Use VMWare Fusion not Parallels - much better and there are a lot of
virtual machines available for it on the VMWare site.

Also while I don't have the hard data for it, working on both PC's and
my ancient black MacBook, running CF, MySQL and CFEclipse/Builder seem
a lot faster on the Mac.
