Oh, I wasn't trying to say in any way that the Tamil Tigers aren't
terrorists, they most certainly are. My point was rather that the
image of Buddhists as being non-violent and, well, kinda docile is
very much a myth.

Japan is predominantly Buddhist and Shinto and they certainly did a
fine job recruiting suicide bombers in WWII.
