More and more jurisdictions are charging statutory rape in underage
sex cases, even when pregnancy is not involved:

No amount of advertising or preaching is going to stop teenagers from
having sex.  Their hormones are in a uproar, the sex drive is telling
them to mate, which is nature's way of renewing the species. When
you're hot and sweaty in the back seat of car, you aren't thinking
about that ad you saw on TV or the sermon from last Sunday.

No child on earth could have had the "be a good girl" rant preached at
them more thoroughly that I did  - from Mom, Dad, both Grandmas, the
Preacher, school teachers, all my seven aunties..  Didn't work then on
me, doesn't work now.
