That's fine when you're 16 but the programs are focused on 12-14 year-olds.

The study found if take the focus off until married and just try to
delay it until they're more emotionally able to handle it, 16 +, then
it works better.  Could be they just need know it's ok not to have sex
at 12 contrary to what they see on
