why is it right? They are a church. Generally a group of people will have more resources than an individual, is my point. I do understand that we have several constitution rights at play here. They have freedom of speech and of religion; the father has freedom of religion and of privacy.
I hate to see any restriction to freedom of speech -- you should know that. But if there were ever a case for a VERY NARROW decision restricting it this would be the one. But yeah, it's a tough call. What boggles me though is why they can't pay for their own appeal.
