For my own clarification, are we talking about protests at public
cemetaries (IE: Arlington) or private cemetaries.  If it's a private
cemetary doesn't the owner have the right to remove anyone he sees fit
for any reason?

Doesn't that trump Fred "methinks thou doth protest to much" Phelp's
right to make a public ass of himself?
