So yes, the protesters can and ARE barred from the premises. That's why if you see any of the pictures from any of these protests, the westboro idiots are always across the street or on some other property adjacent to the cemetery. An usually they can't even see the cemetery because there's a big old line of motorcycles with huge American flags on them in their way!!!
