So I got an email from Blizzard that my account was banned for spamming. I've been too busy to play this week and haven't logged in for a while. This sucks.
Will I lose my character or items? A couple of other things going on that make me question my computer security at this point. A week ago I opened tomshardware.com in my browser and it was logged in as a hotmail account I've never seen. Tried to log in as my account and it worked after a couple of tries. I figured it was a bug on the site. Also, Chrome has had problems opening pages in new tabs. The url shows but nothing loads. Not huge issues, but with account hacked I wonder if there is something going on. I am running Kaspersky IS. Just downloaded malwarebytes and running a scan now. Also installed a blocking hosts file.
