actually I think the person who wrote the security questions should at
least get a public shaming. Stocks or something.

I have not looked at the testimony in the trial of this kid, but
offhand, yes it was wrong -- it's wrong to steal even low-hanging
fruit -- but it's not a jail time thing in a world where Scooter Libby
skates. And by the way, he did not HACK her account. If changed her
password by using publicly available information to answer the
security question.

Anyone who "values their privacy" should not conduct public business
in a sneaky and newsworthy way using a public email provider, for
Christ's sake. Yes I use Google but I am no the governor of a state
and I don't use it to discuss dirty political tricks.
