There's 2 reasons for this

1) SUV drivers are more confident in the abilities of their vehicile to
"protect" them, so they don't try to avoid the simpler accidents

2) Smaller cars get crushed into little bits when hit by an SUV, so
there's nothing left to see <g>


I don't know if the Americans on the list know what a Reliant Robin is
(Del Boy drives one in Only Fools and Horses) - anyways, they're
fiber-glass...
About 10 years back I saw the after-math of an accident between a normal
car, a mini and a Reliant robin - the normal car had a couple of dents,
the mini had a caved in front and the Robin was DESTROYED... It just
showed me what the "benefits" of having a small car were - I've never
owned a really small car, and I think you all know what my current car
looks like <g>
