Daily. I start by rolling over in bed onto my back and then have a 30
pound kid jump on my belly 100 times. I can now bounce bullets off of
it. I then roll onto my belly and begin again. Later in the day I
throw kids in the air, have them do flips and then catch them. After a
dozen of those, I'm ripped. Not Ben Nadel ripped, but healthy. Now if
I only got some sleep I'd be in peak physical shape.
Of course, I'm not wearing a shirt at the moment. it's HOT in NY at
the moment. Sucks big time.
