No they didn't. Bush haters blamed everything on Bush including the recession he inherited. We were just clarifying when the recession started and when 9/11 terrorist entered the US to start training.There was also rendition and domestic wiretaps which made Bush evil so we pointed out that Clinton came up with the ideas. No blame, just perspective :)
