Just for clarification, there's a lot more to the idea of not talking
unless your lawyer is present than "there are bad cops who want to git
ya!".

I posted a link to the videos a while back, which explain in detail,
but the basic point wasn't about "bad" cops, it was about "the
system".  Or the way it works.

Even with the *best* of intentions, and *best* of cops, you shouldn't
speak without a lawyer present.

Shit happens, basically.  Evidence is lost, people misremember, what
you say can be twisted (even if it's recorded audio or video).

I should probably dig up that link again, because it was teh awesome,
with a live demo and everything (the cop, who specialized in
interrogation, was a friend of the professor).
