Yeah - I have to say this looks really like a case of employer
provided heath care.  The employer just happens to be the Government.
I would certainly expect government employees to get health care just
like from any other employer.

The news headline sure does lead someone to look at it another way
though, particularly if the reader already has a strong bias.  I'm not
usually one to cry about bias in the media but this sure does stink of
it.

"House GOP Freshman Demands Gov't Health Care"
- vs -
"New Employee Asks When Health Care Bennies Kick In"

Doesn't the second one sound like an Onion headline?
