We've got an IT service that we are terminating services with but I've
been asked for technical input on the letter - basically they used to
provide all of the IT services; now we are finally pulling the last
item they had influence over but there may be other points of entry.

While I'm generally good at crafting letters, what do you guys
recommended including? How do you say, "you're fired" to a vendor
when there is a fear of electronic reprisal?

Until Later!

No trees were killed in the sending of this message, but a large
number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
