Of course all of that is crap but in your defense Rush and Hannity
just make shat up.

If you thought about these topics though, you might make an
interesting point that is aligned with your religion:

There's a companion trend to the growing wealth gap - the growth in
government, government employees, and businesses dependent on
government.

In other words, "government" is most definitely part of that wealth
divide; on the wealth side of course.

And even more interestingly, this government growth entity functions
very much like Becks: it's a consumer rather than an infrastructure
creator (in recent history).

That means we're a bit comparable to, say, Saudi Arabia in that a
percentage of our population is business-dependent on a growing
consuming government and so has a stake in the continued growth of
that consumer.

And all of that, of course, ignores the growth in government hand-outs
and fiscal/monetary policy manipulation that eases the visible impact
of the growing wealth divide and dependence on government.

Scary trend.
