I guess I'm New Agey, but isn't the whole concept of biological assignment of gender kind of mid medieval? In other words haven't we progressed with science enough to understand that there are physical, cultural, and mental components to what we refer to as gender, that these components are not fixed, and that while there are majorities of behaviors most people might exhibit there are minorities as well? And if all of that is true, how can it possible be "experimenting" to explain science to your child? People's harsh reaction to this is kind of mind-boggling to me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:338351 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
