The best place I ever had sushi was at the Tokyo fish market. You have 
to get there really early in the morning, definitely before 6, so you 
can walk around a bit and see the market. If the weather is good there 
is supposed to be some eary atmmosphere where there is a layer of fog of 
about 1 feet high due to the amount of ice that is used to cool the 
seafood (never seen this, but friends told me).
After the sightseeing you can have a really special sushi breakfast in 
one of the small places there.

<sighs> If only I could afford to fly over for breakfast every now and 
then :)
