Gotta love a nice chunk of sirloin dipped in garlic butter.  Mmmmm.

unagi and ebi are both cooked varieties of sushi (I wouldn't eat raw eel if
I had to... too many critters in that meat.).

Now we're really gonna gross out every one on the list!
