There was a place in Tucson (used to live there...) called Sushihama. The
chief sushi chef was a little japanese guy named Pancho. Funniest thing to
hear him speak fluent spanish... He had a good arm as well, he'd throw the
warm wash cloths from behind the bar to anywhere in the restaurant...
Anyway, they had an all you could eat buffet for $22. Not just the simple
sushi, but all the stuff: Rainbow rolls, Vegas Rolls, Spider Rolls.... And
it included soup and an order of edemame. Yum....

We have a chain of Japanese seafood restaurants in CA
with a buffet. They have forty (40) kinds of sushi plus
hot and cold dishes - shrimp, jumbo shrimp, mussels,
scallops, crab, lobster. Not to mention desserts from
Tiramisu to cheesecake, Creme Brulee to fresh crepes.
Very good quality food. Dangerous place!
