Well there's always been the "2 californias": the coasties and
farmville.  And those 2 have totally different views, incentives, and
lifestyles so that might be a good break.  But then farmville would
lose the money in the coasties.  Then you have the resources problem
with water being tops and on and on.

The best solution for California would be to get rid of Propositions
and let government do i
