You are assuming that an organization with supposedly conservative leanings is automatically wrong. With the innocuous google search I posted "gun control crime rates", you can find more material to read if you are interested. In the end, the data is the data. Violent crimes are more likely to happen in places with stricter gun control. Take it however you want.
