There were very little changes with our plan this year. Cost went up a bit,
but not much.

As far as coverage, the only big thing that changed was that we no longer
need referrals to see a specialist.

My gut tells me a lot of these companies are cutting coverage or raising
premiums solely because they can do it and blame the ACA.
