You sound like a socialist making profit a bad word. A company that makes a profit is good for everyone. And if you as a patient don;t like the company you get up and change to another. The one that can stay in business by earning a profit and keep the customers happy is the one that will last. That all changes next year when health care is mandatory. They will now get your money whether you're happy with the service or not.
