With people like Clarence Thomas on the bench (look up whom his wife
lobbies for, its scary) I rather doubt it. Just listening to the audio
arguments from C-Span it was pathetic. Scalia just repeated some very
tired questions that where shown to be crap years ago. (the Regernus
study for instance).
